Family Taekwondo

For those ages 6 and up our classes can help to develop lifelong skills in a fun and positive environment. At NH Kicks we believe children and teens will receive many benefits from studying traditional Taekwondo that go beyond simple self defense moves and physical conditioning.

These benefits are more pronounced when the parents get involved beside them. We encourage and offer programs for families to practice, work, and grow together.

Adult Classes

Here at NH Kicks we always say "Strong body, strong mind." With all of the stress of work and obligations, it is important to keep yourself both physically and mentally fit. Our curriculum features four core components to help students achieve that goal: Technique, Language, Forms, and Self Defense. At each step along the way you will set goals and reflect on your journey through Taekwondo, improving more day by day.

Everyone can join and benefit from this program. We have students of all ages and backgrounds, and we offer classes at all different times to try and meet your schedule. Come in and try a lesson any time!

Introduction to Taekwondo

For individual students and families of all ages who are new to martial arts or Taekwondo, this program is a 4-week introduction to the training and techniques in World Taekwondo. As you exercise to improve your physical and mental wellbeing you can begin learning the stances, kicks, and strikes that are used in schools around the world!

Classes are held on Friday evenings. Students should wear comfortable and flexible clothing, but uniforms are not required.
